Ingredients | Recette Tourtière Lac St-Jean2 (8 ounce) packages fresh mushrooms2 tablespoons butter1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix⅓ cup tarragon vinegar2 tablespoons water⅔ cup vegetable oil1 tablespoon white sugar4 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed6 drops hot pepper sauceDirectionsIn a medium saucepan over low heat, cook and stir mushrooms in butter until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and place in a medium bowl.In a medium bowl, whisk together dry Italian-style salad dressing mix, tarragon vinegar, water, vegetable oil, white sugar, garlic and red pepper sauce.Pour the whisked mixture over the mushrooms.
